Growing stones

  1. Say it! Say the words! Utter a poem, break the silence! Be true with them, tell them all, show prudence! Like a leaf that shows its colors, you unveil yours. Like a child with sincere care for their toys, You ought to tell even when it destroys.
  2. There is nothing that should be kept hidden, From the mists of shadows they rush smitten. It mends, it crushes, it comes, Fall to your knees! With the weight of forests holding a thousand trees, Secrets are forced to seize, breaking the unease.
  3. Every word pushes down on you with grace, They don't care whether it's smile or cry on your face. Treat them with care as none come back, Be swift and be kind, never let it stack, Once you begin, honest life helps you unpack.
